In April 2023, I testified before Canada’s Heritage Committee on the Safe Sport crisis, but my message went beyond sport. I spoke about how fear, control, and mistrust quietly shape every system we live in, and why rebuilding trust is essential for any community or organization to thrive.

Domination or Transformation? In sport, work, and life, fear and control can shrink us while courage and empathy can transform us. The question isn’t whether domination exists. It does. The choice is: will we let it rule, or will we lead with heart?

At EURO 2025, I joined a river of joy flowing toward the stadium, a living current of history, resilience, and celebration. Women’s football hasn’t just 'come far'… it’s been unstoppable for over a century.
