Here Are Couple Tips to Help You Plan For Your Training...

  1. Come prepared: Take some time to prepare for the intensive coaching session. Clarify your goals, challenges, and any specific topics you'd like to discuss. Bring relevant materials or examples that can provide context and facilitate discussion.

  2. Be open and receptive: Approach the session with an open mind and a willingness to explore new ideas and perspectives. Be receptive to feedback and suggestions from your coach. Remember that this is an opportunity for growth and development.

  3. Communicate your expectations: Clearly communicate your expectations and desired outcomes. Discuss what you hope to achieve through the process. This will help us tailor the sessions to meet your specific needs.

  4. Actively participate: Engage actively. Be an active listener, ask questions, and contribute to the conversation. Take ownership of your learning and progress by actively participating in discussions and activities.

  5. Reflect on your experiences: Take time to reflect on your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. Self-reflection will help you gain insights and better understand yourself. Consider the questions and prompts provided by your coach and be open to exploring your own beliefs and assumptions.

  6. Be open to feedback: Be open and receptive to receiving feedback from us. Remember that feedback is meant to help you grow and improve. Listen attentively, ask for clarification if needed, and consider how you can apply the feedback to your personal or professional development.

  7. Set goals and action plans: Collaborate with us to set meaningful and achievable goals. Break down larger objectives into smaller, actionable steps. Work with us to develop an action plan that outlines the specific actions you will take to reach your goals.

  8. Take responsibility: Take ownership of your own growth and development. Recognize that this process is a partnership, and you play an active role in your own success. Take responsibility for implementing the strategies, tools, and insights gained during the session.

  9. Embrace discomfort and challenge: Growth often happens outside of your comfort zone. Embrace the discomfort that comes with challenging yourself and exploring new perspectives. Be willing to take risks and try new approaches, even if they feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable.

  10. Practice self-reflection and integration: After the One-Day In-Person Intensive session, take time to reflect on what you learned and how you can integrate those insights into your life or work. Consider how you can apply new strategies or behaviors and track your progress towards your goals.
